Returns, refunds and damaged goods
Once opened, due to hygenic and sanitary reasons we cannot offer a refund on this product. However, if this is unopened and sealed we can offer you a Change of Mind return up to 90 days in line with the Refund Policy.
Once your product has been received, you will be refunded to your original form of payment after deducting any Restocking fees.
Please check your payment with your payment provider for the estimated timeframes to process the refund (we typically see this reflecting within 5 to 10 business days for most providers)
